The private room pool. Although it was beautiful and I wanted to enjoy it more, I think the Ph levels were a bit off because it made my family itchy whenever they were in it for too long. This wasn’t a problem with the public pools.

Staff is good

The property management seems more of centric to maintain the property not customer centric approach.. the resort post evening fall into the darkness where one couldn’t believe it,, activities go down post 10pm, no light at sea shore , no bar opens late night , even coffee shop closed post 630pm,, people do come to enjoy times & leverage all facilities almost of times , seems like university hostel

It was directly on the beach and had an amazing pool

Very pretty. Room was very nice, bed comfortable, good shower water pressure. Did not use the balcony as they treat the bugs and I didn’t want to chance them getting inside. Nice view

Having to get a buggy to get everywhere, since it was rainy we didn’t walk it but several times we left and forgot to call first. It’s would have been a decent walk to the buffet and longer to the lobby. Buffet was typical , IDA was very helpful , Don was helpful . Can’t walk to town, have to get a taxi . Hallways to rooms could be slippery with all the rain

Exceptional service We had a minor issue …Nicky the manager was ready to make us comfortable and handled the situation perfectly. I would recommend this beautiful resort anytime.

The private beach is clean and beautiful, with gorgeous sunsets. The hotel is quite isolated, and there isn’t much around. The nearest restaurants and 7-Eleven are about a 10-minute walk outside the hotel. The dinner at the hotel was not very good, especially considering the price. On top of that, there is an additional 7% VAT and 10% service charge. The rooms are beautiful, with great views. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and the sea, and the whole property feels like a beautiful garden. The swimming pools are very well designed, with a water slide area, a diving area, and pools of different depths. The kids absolutely loved them. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children, so you can easily spend your entire vacation at the hotel without needing to go anywhere else. The breakfast is excellent and has a great variety of food. There are many choices for Chinese food, around 8–10 different kinds of fruit, as well as milkshakes and Thai milk tea. The croissants and desserts are freshly baked and delicious. The Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and the signal is quite good. The kids’ club has a PS5, and the staff can look after the children, which is very convenient for parents. A couple of small things could be improved: opening and closing the louvered blinds every day is quite time-consuming, and the 11:00 a.m. check-out time feels a little too early. Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing resort holiday and don’t mind staying away from the surrounding area, this is a great place to stay.

Proximity to the beach was a big plus and pools were amazing, Kids club was also nice and the staff was good.

Staff was overwhelmed and at time the response was slower.

De mooie ligging aan het strand, echter zonder strandstoelen. Het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt buffet.

Niet echt tegen maar het is wel 20 minuten lopen naar het bruisende dorpsleven.
