Muy buena ubicación. Tiene instalaciones sencillas pero bien equipadas. Estuve muy cómoda y quien me recibió fue muy amable. Ofrecen dispenser de agua fría y caliente e infusiones de cortesía.

Location is very central. Lots of shops around. Good price. Got three beds as booked (usually the booking says three beds and it ends up two, one single and one double, when travelling in a party of three-non-partners, it's a big challenge.)

Reception was not friendly. In the evening there was a big boxing event next door and it was very noisy unti very late. Toilets/shower had some mold.

Absolutely nothing, we left only 12 hours into our 3 night stay.

This was honestly the absolute worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would strongly warn anyone against staying here. The room was absolutely unacceptable. There were bed bugs in the bed, and I was bitten! On top of that, there were flying ants all over the room, making it impossible to relax or sleep properly. We ended up leaving the room at 2 am in the morning as it was horrific feeling like things were constantly crawling on you. The condition of the room felt unhygienic and neglected from the moment we walked in. Safety was also a huge concern. The window didn't lock, which made us feel really uneasy, and there was an exposed/open socket, which is just dangerous and completely unacceptable in any accommodation. When we raised these issues with the manager, the situation somehow got even worse. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she tried to argue that the bites were from last week, which is completely ridiculous. I know my own body, and I know I was bitten in that bed. She even tried to take photos of my bites, which felt invasive and unnecessary, rather than actually helping resolve the issue. Despite everything, she refused to give any partial refund and showed zero understanding or customer care. The level of service was shocking. The entire property feels old, dirty, and poorly maintained. After reading other reviews mentioning poisonous spiders, lizards, and even rat holes, I honestly wouldn't be surprised at all given what we experienced. Do yourself a favour and NEVER stay here.

Das Zimmer war sauber und vor allem die Betten sehr gemütlich. Man hatte Steckdosen sowie eine Nachtlampe direkt am Bett. Beim einchecken hat man außerdem ein Handtuch bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ich musste um 2 Uhr nachts einchecken und das war zum Glück alles kein Problem :)) Die Lage vom Hostel ist außerdem auch super, Train Street ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß und auch zu anderen schönen Ecken von Old Quarter kommt man schnell.

Mein Zimmer lag leider direkt an der Straße, daher war es Nachts relativ laut, ist wohl aber nichts was sich in Hanoi Old Quarter vermeiden lässt

Ubicación excelente, habitación grande, cama muy cómoda y espaciosa. Nos dieron agua suficiente para toda nuestra estancia y más. También incluía té, café y sopas instantáneas. Habitación limpia, agua caliente y buena ducha. Está muy infravalorado. Las personas que atienden fueron muy simpáticas. Incluso extendimos nuestra estadía por dos noches más.

Está ubicado justo al lado de un bar de peleas, por lo tanto es ruidoso hasta que termina el espectáculo, lo cual ocurre cada día a la misma hora, estando en phi phi no fue muy difícil estar fuera hasta la hora que terminaba el show ya que casi todo cierra a la misma hora en la isla.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ziemlich gut und das Zimmer war auch völlig in Ordnung. Personal war nett.

Extrem störend war aber die Lautstärke die einen teilweise bis 2 Uhr morgens wachgehalten hat, weil eine Box Bar direkt gegenüber liegt. Zusätzlich hörte man auch jedes mal wenn Personen die Treppen des Hotels hochgelaufen sind und es war so laut als ob die Personen im Flur direkt im Zimmer stehen würden.

אין מעלית , מים חמים נגמרים אחרי כמה דקות , המקום מאוד מיושן

Super je da si dejansko na sredini in imas samo 5min hoje na plažo. Osebje je super in v ceno je vkluceno samopostrežni domač bife ( nudli,kavica,čaj,voda). V sobi tudi imaš sef za shraniti pomembne stvari.Zraven tega hostla je ring in če si takšna oseba katera gre že ob 22h spat vam ne prporočam saj je do enih zjutraj muzika na glas.

Soba je bila super edino me je zmotilo da v kopalnici ni glih posebaj police kam si bi lahko odložo suhe stvari. Jogiji so zelo škripali zaradi feder ampak je bilo vseno udobno.
