Nice touches but some small fixes could improve

Big room and nice colour palette. Thoughtful arrangement of towels. Supplied toiletries was nice. In the deluxe having a hanging keycard by the door was useful.

It felt like there was very little meaningful difference between a deluxe and standard room. Not enough plug sockets. Sometimes the bathroom had poor smells from the drains and extractor fan. A combination of thin windows and communal terrace doors in the corridor, left open all night, made it very loud. I have stayed in other places which are acutely aware of nearby noise which gave complimentary ear plugs but this hotel did not

Bien situé et bien équipé cependant mal insonorisé

Idéalement situé, 7/11 et commerces au pied de l’hôtel

L’isolation des chambres est à revoir, car malheureusement le manque de respect de certains touristes se fait vite ressentir surtout en pleine nuit: allers/retours, parlent fort/chantent/cris dans les couloirs, claquent les portes.

Great hotel, would definitely recommend!

Bed was top tier, staff very friendly and a great location. Fresh coffee on site and spotless hotel. We got upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival without even having to ask which was brilliant and the hotel picked up our luggage upon arrival at the dock also

Only downside is the noise due to its location but ear plugs solve that. Other than that the hotel is perfect

Gute Lage direkt im Zentrum, 5min Gehweg zum Strand

Nicht nur die Straße extrem laut sondern das Hotel selber. Samstags von früh morgens bis in die Nacht schreiender Lärm von der Dachterasse (durch die „Party Staff“). Zimmerreinigung kam erst nachdem wir ausdrücklich nochmal bei der Rezeption nachgefragt haben (allerdings sehr gut gemacht). Mussten 200THB für dreckige Handtücher von unserer 1000THB Kaution abgeben.
