Riepilogo IAOverall impressions are mixed — some extremely negative stays and complaints, but also repeat guests, convenience and strong location/price that lift overall experience for many visitors.

Pulizia4,2
Multiple reviews explicitly report dirty rooms, stained walls, non-fresh/gray towels, clogged sinks and even 'infected' pool water — overall cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Servizio6,3
Mixed feedback: some guests find staff helpful, while several mention very rude or uncommunicative receptionists and ownership/management responsiveness issues; overall service is inconsistent.
Posizione9,6
Repeatedly praised across languages as perfect/central/close to the beach; location is a major strength and a common reason guests return.
Camera6,0
Mixed signals: some guests report large rooms and big balconies, while others note shabby decor, broken TVs, minimal furnishings and safety concerns (slippery floors) — average room quality.
Servizi6,0
Pool is mentioned but also reported as dirty or under renovation; some broken fixtures (door lock, TV). Amenities exist but have reliability/maintenance problems.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,2
Several guests call it good value or best location/price for what they paid, though one flagged booking/price inconsistencies; overall perceived as good value by many.
Cibo e bevande7,0
Breakfast is described mostly as 'ok' or 'average' and 'diverse' by some, though a few guests strongly disliked the food; generally acceptable but not outstanding.

The property is least maintained. My washroom was leaking all the time and the plumbing staff arrived at check out to repair.

Nothing

Everything is great, except the building is a bit outdated.

Location is exactly what I need not to close to any bars or nightclubs.

Hard bed
