Not good

Well 1 st I was book for 3 night and I scan message WhatsApp which link all personal detail about me and I cancel and again late I book for one night and again, I got a scam WhatsApp message. Which is all personal information about me and I email them also. And when I was at hotel I wanted to meet manager but font X Lily didn’t want to talk about this subject that that information who used to give booking.com, I don’t think so. They will give it. I think this is hotel staff who used to have a look booking. They give all my personal information, not me. Other people also they get scam from the Zing Spa hotel, which is I saw on the TikTok. And this morning, check out time I asked this guy to stay like a half an hour more and then the Aasis he is going to charge one night more wow

Great accomodation at a awesome price in a central location

The new staff are a breath of fresh air and it’s obvious some good staff were kept on as I recognised two only. The new staff are awesome

The water went off for a period of time due to a fault but totally understood after eventually finding out the problem from staff on reception.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent. Housekeeping is excellent. The bed linen and room amenities are excellent. The staff is very polite and courteous. Breakfast offers a wide selection, ranging from Asian to European cuisine. The location is good. Overall, it offers great value for money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Мой любимый отель в Паттайе! 🇹🇭❤️ Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже более 20 лет, причём по несколько раз в год! И каждый раз возвращаюсь сюда с огромным удовольствием. Как всегда, всё прекрасно! Чистые и уютные номера, удобное расположение, приветливый и внимательный персонал. Здесь всегда чувствуешь себя комфортно, а за столько лет это место стало для меня практически вторым домом. Особенно ценю стабильное качество обслуживания. Приятно возвращаться туда, где знаешь, что тебя ждут чистота, комфорт и доброжелательная атмосфера. За более чем 20 лет у меня накопилось множество приятных воспоминаний, связанных с этим отелем. И, конечно, я обязательно вернусь сюда снова! С удовольствием рекомендую! ❤️

I’ve been to this property multiple times. This is the only place I go to when I am in Pattya.

I love the staff, location, cleanliness of the place, and I felt very safe here. I would like to recognize staff members Korn and Arnat. Korn works at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable with local events and activities within the area. I’m not too sure what Arnat’s position is there however, he is very polite, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, II am unable to post other staff members names because I cannot remember. You will not be disappointed in this area. It’s great value. It’s a few steps lower than a five star hotel. However, it’s definitely worth what you pay for.

I am unable to think of anything I disliked.
