Mixed service: several reviewers praise friendly, helpful reception and staff; others report poor treatment, unreliability and an incident of ID confiscation.Posizione8,5
Generally positive: convenient location in Naklua, close to a beach and within walking distance to attractions (Walking Street is walkable though a bit far); quiet surroundings noted.Camera5,5
Rooms described as spacious and with comfortable beds but often dated and poorly maintained (worn fixtures, noisy AC, need for renovation).Servizi8,6
Pool repeatedly praised (large/beautiful); basic amenities present with daily bottled water; some areas could use renovation but the pool is a clear highlight.Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,5
Several guests explicitly call it good value or recommend it for the price; a few note low standard but still feel price compensates—overall positive on value.Cibo e bevande6,0

annabelViaggio di coppia · Oct 8swimming pool was great, very big and had 3 separate pools with different depths, only thing i will say is the sunbeds were leather and so extremely hot to lie on in the sun. Location was very good, it was a short walk to 7/11 and to the beach and lots of options to eat near
VERY POOR CLEANING AND STAFF! when we first arrived the room we were given was disgusting. the bed had blood stains on it and other people hair on the sheets- it had clearly not been changed. the toilet seat was broken and black mould everywhere in the shower, none of the surfaces had been wiped and overall it just felt grimy. We asked very politely to move rooms which didn’t seem to be an issue and the second room we were given was better to be fair however after this we felt the staff took a disliking to us and were extremely unhelpful refusing to answer any questions we had such as whether there was a laundry service (there isn’t). we also had to argue with staff to get our 500 baht deposit back when we checked out as they tried argue we never paid it which was not true
