Riepilogo IAGenerally positive overall with multiple repeat guests and many compliments on location, price and friendly staff, though some guests reported issues serious enough to harm their stay (housekeeping, noise).

Pulizia7,6
Mixed but leaning negative: multiple reports of poor housekeeping (sheets not changed, sand on floor), cockroaches and occasional bathroom smell despite some guests calling rooms clean.
Servizio8,6
Mixed service signals: 24-hour reception and friendly staff noted, but check-in restrictions (can’t check in until 3pm) and at least one incident of refused towel/extra-charge created negative impressions.
Posizione9,2
Generally praised: close to the beach, convenient position with shops and cafes nearby; a few mentions of being a bit far from the main road/center but overall location is a strong point.
Camera7,4
Several complaints about room size and layout (small rooms, lack of wardrobe/space, high beds, limited seating), plus noise and smell issues—overall below average for comfort.
Servizi8,9
Good amenities reported: pool (interior), 24-hour shop, coffee shop and lobby food/drink service; negatives include limited parking, no kettle in some rooms and TV language/content limitations.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo9,2
Frequently cited as reasonable/worth the price; several guests explicitly noted good price and value for money.
Cibo e bevande8,8
Positive mentions of coffee shop and lobby beverage/food service; no significant complaints about food quality in reviews provided.

Great budget hotel, clean and comfortable beds. 5 mins to the beach.

Rooms too basic, nowhere to hang your clothes no wardrobe etc.

Good value for money in a good location

This place has a nice outdoor pool and friendly kinda cafe area at the bottom. It is probably the best part of the facilities at the hotel and it has the highest pressure showers I experienced in Thailand. It is not a fancy hotel but the rooms are comfortable.

The access to the rooms is a maze of yellow corridors that makes you feel like the place is cheap, but the rooms are fine once you are inside them - also an unusal scheme, but comfortable beds.
