櫃檯需更友善，早餐需準備充分

去年八月在此飯店住宿四晚，體驗佳。所以今年至八月曼谷首選此飯店，但今年的心得…… 1. 8/17 14:00左右抵達報到時，中間的櫃檯態度不友善，詢問名字語氣不佳。 2. 8/21 9:00-9:25左右的早餐，一位女廚omelet做的不成型，未訓練就上場，讓客人吃她不成型的練習品，這是高級飯店的水準？？？ 3. 8/21、8/22 8:40之後，兩天早餐的船麵都沒有黃麵。備料不足，讓客人十分掃興。

It was okay

Reactive staff, nice view, cleaning lady was very sweet

Rooms lacked ventilation and smelled musty plus breakfast had a wide variety but not that tasty

Très bon séjour en hauteur

Les chambres en hauteur avec vue sur Bangkok sont très sympas. La literie est vraiment très bonne. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très grand et varié.
