常常住這很方便的地方，也很接地氣，像回到家一樣。
宿泊費用から考えますと特に不満はありません。日本人も居住していましたので安心感はありました。ホテル自体は古いと思いますが良く清掃はされていると思います。
Stayed 3 nights, amazing and wonderful with this budget, room is clean, spacious with a big balcony. We will stay next time in this service apartment.

The room was what the picture next to "dingy" looks like in the dictionary. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing. Doors/balcony door/windows do not shut completely so traffic noise it ever-present.

What a convenient place to stay at. Pure value for money. 7/11 right across the street. 5 min walk to OnNut Metro station, Starbucks, Lotus hypermart.
Perfect place if you need a pad for a night or a few days that is just a studio but within a place with a lot more to offer, a public open indoor place, car park, and a gym and sauna (only seen in pics, not used it)
