Molto buono · su 865 recensioniRiepilogo IAPositive overall thanks to location, setting and some strong services (trips, massages), but inconsistent management, hygiene problems and minor facility shortcomings hold the experience back.
Pulizia6,6
Mixed reports: some guests found rooms clean, but several mention poor bathroom hygiene (yellowed toilet seat, heavy limescale, black mold) and worn linens, lowering this category.Servizio7,8
Generally friendly and smiling staff, professional parking guard and praised personal guides; however there are multiple comments about unprepared/confused staff and language barriers with servers.Posizione9,6
Excellent — repeatedly praised for immediate proximity to the national park (Khao Yai) and convenient access to park entrance.Camera8,0
Rooms are described as spacious with balconies and adequate facilities; some guests reported firm or damaged mattresses and blocked showers, and renovation work was noted.Servizi8,9
Good amenities: pleasant pool, well-kept garden, offered trips and well-rated massages; lacks a strong bar area and covered outdoor seating which some guests suggested.Rapporto qualità-prezzo7,8
Reasonable value for location and amenities, but perceived as below advertised 5-star level by several guests and management/cleanliness issues reduce value perception.Cibo e bevande8,3
Mixed feedback: some guests praise excellent restaurant dishes while at least one review says the restaurant food was really not good.

Ingurura mugitzeko kotxearekin joan behar zara eta gosarian zerbait gozoa falta zen, kroasana edo pasatxoren batzuk.
