VariyaViaggio in famiglia · Sep 9The staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, just like in the pictures. We asked for a crib and it was arranged for free of charge. Onsen was nice with water temp around 41.5C. The location is close to Khao Yai and many restaurants but only convenient if you come with a car, just like everywhere else outside Bangkok. There are plenty of parking spots in the front. The hotel offers umbrellas in case of rain.
We couldn’t use wifi at all on the first night. The second day we asked the staff to fix it and it worked.

Saknade någon shuttle bus ner till byn. Städningen var lite olika från dag till dag. Vi saknade handdukar och vatten. Men sa vi till så fick vi det. Det var ingen i personalen som kunde någon engelska alls.
