Camera pulita, ho scelto questo albergo per una sola notte(l’ultima di rientro a Bangkok) in quanto è vicino alla fermata dell’air train per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Servizio navetta gratuito ci ha portato fino alla stazione metro distante pochi minuti. Colazione molto varia
Avendo soggiornato in altro hotel a Bangkok all’inizio della vacanza direi che uscendo a piedi la strada (almeno il primo pezzo iniziale per raggiungere siam non è molto sicura)

Malheureusement nous avons rencontré un souci avec notre réservation, ce qui nous a obligés à payer trois fois le prix initiale prévu. C'est vraiment dommage car cela a un peu terni notre expérience. De plus, il n'y a ni restaurant ni magasin dans la rue, ce qui peut être compliqué pour se restaurer ou faire quelques achats à proximité.
SandaminiViaggio di gruppo · Oct 11We stayed at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan from 2nd to 5th October 2026, on the 19th floor, for a mother-daughter trip. We had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. We felt safe throughout our stay, which was especially important to us. The room was well soundproofed and the beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for keeping our room exceptionally clean and neat. We truly appreciated the care and attention to detail in tidying everything up. We did experience a couple of issues with the charging points and water pressure in the room, but both were resolved quickly and efficiently. A special shout-out to Korn, who was incredibly skilled and friendly in resolving both matters. His professionalism and willingness to help made a real difference to our stay. The reception staff, both during the day and at night, were consistently kind and welcoming. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. We will certainly remember our stay fondly and come again!
One area that could be improved is the vegetarian selection at the restaurant as there were very few substantial vegetarian meals available. However, ordering food through Grab was easy and convenient. Getting around for shopping was a little challenging. The hotel shuttle to Pratunam operated only twice a day, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., so we had to take taxis whenever we wanted to go shopping. Due to the major road construction works, what should have been a short trip to Pratunam took around 30 minutes each time. More frequent shuttle services to the shopping area would certainly make things easier for guests.

Location not good, can’t walk anywhere. Worst thing was the room stank of cigarette smoke and spending too long in the room made your eyes sore
