YOLO Bangkok Boutique Hotel

La struttura in generale è molto bella, ma purtroppo la nostra camera si vedeva che aveva dei difetti tipo mancavano delle lampadine, e il condizionatore ha iniziato a perdere acqua, ma lo staff è stato molto gentile e la colazione è molto buona

Purtroppo il water è in camera e non è separato da una porta quindi non è possibile avere alcun tipo di privacy

L’établissement est bien situé et le personnel est très réactif

Les photos ne sont pas conformes à la chambre, manque d’entretien, nous avions la plus petite chambre qui n’était pas propre. Dommage parce que c’est un chouette hôtel. La localisation est parfaite près du BTS, rien à dire au niveau du personnel, très agréable et très réactif !

Unclean room. Noisy air con. No elevator in the hotel. No iron or ironing board. Altogether very disappointing.

Its value for money , it has some nice style and in-house cafe (but no alternative milk option, I fount it strange) also the tiny lobby can use as laptop working hub. There is a tuk tuk service that can take you to the BTS/Terminal 21 , and that can save some time and effort. The bed ware comfy. Internet was good. 7/11 is around 6 min walk

In general the rooms are a bit rusty and there many corners with mold and some broking wall. The team is nice but I think they dont speak english well (or they are just strange, but not in a bad way). Its a bit far from I had a bath in the room, but no hot water I had tv in the room, but couldn’t use it bcs it didn’t connected to the wifi.

The people are great... Some of the friendliest and professional I've seen in quite a while. The whole place was well thought out and spotlessly clean. The facilities very nice and the breakfast filling. The tuktuk service to Terminal 21 is a really convenient thing to have, plus easy access to the underused klong bus on San Saep Canal is a bonus few other places can offer

I wish the shower in 208 was a little bigger but it was fine, as is.

The sanitary conditions were not up to standard. There was even a bug smashed on the wall. I only stayed for one night and they refused to refund for the rest of the nights

So friendly and helpfull stuf, the envairoment was so good and the style very chic.
