The reservation department promised me that I would be able to change my reservation because I had urgent visa issue and it was a last minutes booking. After 3 times discussions, I had to check out without any response about a refund but they said they will continue the process by email. As soon as I left, they said to me that they finally can’t change anything. I found that very not professional and honest. There are bit construction in front of the hotel. The room curtains are not black our so if you are sensible you might wake up early.

タオル類がちょっと古かったです。

Check-out was a bit delayed, it could be faster. The room I stayed had some view, but there was a construction going on close to the hotel, which will probably impact the view in future.
JillViaggio in solitaria · Sep 15Staff exceptional. Facilities fantastic. The only place that I stayed that provided free drinking water. Free buffet breakfast. Rooms very clean and maintained well. Every room had a safe. Free transport to local public BTS station. Balconies. Self serve laundromat
