LéoViaggio in solitaria · Jul 24Les 3 membres du personnel que j'ai rencontré étaient très sympathique, les équipements étaient satisfaisants, tout comme dans un vrai studio, plus agréable qu'une chambre d'hôtel avec uniquement une bouilloire.
Quelques usures du parquet mais rien de grave, manqué quelques dosettes de café à disposition.
MarcelaViaggio in famiglia · Jul 11I loved the quiet town of Thonglor personally if you want to stay closer to the busy khaosan and big city it is 20-40 mins to city center. Staff lovely , beds comfy , pool nice .
There was a bad smell from the toilet that was there for our whole stay but if you leave window in bathroom open it’s fine

The hot water in my shower in the master bedroom did not work properly. 2 seconds of hot and 20 seconds of cold and repeat.

The accommodation was sparsely furnished and equipped. There were no bedside lamps, and one bedroom had no bedside tables. There was very little equipment in the kitchen. It had been stated that the accommodation was in a quiet, yet it's actually located twenty metres from a huge building site.

PauletteViaggio in famiglia · Dec 22Our family of five stayed in the 5th-floor penthouse at Vivi Avenue Thonglor, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The most significant issue was the intense smells coming from the drains, which overwhelmed the entire apartment throughout our stay. Despite our efforts to address the issue, the odor persisted, making it difficult to relax or enjoy our time there. The accommodation itself had potential, with a spacious layout and good amenities, but the unbearable smell completely ruined the experience. For a property marketed as a luxury penthouse, this was unacceptable. We wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend it to others unless this issue is resolved. It was disappointing and far below expectations.
The smells in the bathrooms were really bad, also cleaning didn’t happen one day - they didn’t care about the smells
