넓은 객실과 친절한 직원들, 생각 이상으로 매우 만족했고, 딸 아이도 몇일 더 있고 싶다고 하더군요.. 매우 좋았습니다.

로비 앞 주정차 공간이 작은게 좀 아쉬웠음.. 짐 내릴때 여러 대가 겹치면 힘들것 같고, 아침에 차량대기도 힘들었음..

Dodgy start as had to change rooms on day one due to drain smell so wasted a day hanging around but no complaints after

Breakfast and hotel itself are great and 5 mins away from bts and iconsiam by free boat

Drinks well overpriced so lacks atmosphere as people go elsewhere or drink in the rooms

The Chatrium Riverside- the very best of hotel experiences in Bangkok

Thailand is known as ‘The land of smiles’, nowhere is this more apt than at the Chatrium Riverside Hotel. From Tony at Concierge to Kamon on Reception and Kankamol, head of Housekeeping but especially leading from the front Chalida the hotel manager, plus every member of staff, nothing is too much bother. Every request is met with a positive response and everyone goes that extra mile to ensure the experience of staying at this beautiful hotel is truly the best possible.

Fantastic stay with great food, staff and great views!

The hotel in itself was very beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were always very polite, friendly and had great energy. The breakfast was very tasty and offered a great variety daily.

Nothing, apart from the aircon in our rooms smelling a bit weird.

Superbra hotell på "lugna gatan

Vi hade bokat svit med två sovrum/bad, vardagsrum och litet kök vilkea var både välstädade och rymliga. Frukostbuffén innehöll allt man kunde önska sig och mer därtill. På kvällen en mysig restaurang med omfångsrik och välsmakande meny. Riktigt god service dessutom. Trevligt poolområde med tillhörande bar som serverades lättare måltider och dryck. Dock är personalen hotellets främsta tillgång! Alla vi kom i kontakt med gav service med ett genuint leende - inget var för svårt!

Det finns inte så mycket att hitta på i hotellets omgivning. Taxi till Sukhumvit tar 20-30 minuter och kostar bara ett par hundra baht. Dock är det skönt med lugn och ro - mitt i Bangkok.
