El olor a humedad en la habitación es brutal , luego pedí el favor de que prepararan una sorpresa para mi pareja por su cumple que yo pagaría y lo único que trajeron fue un detalle irrisorio.

Ascensores muy calurosos, algo muy llamativo y que no me había encontrado antes, ni en hoteles de menor categoría.

Massoud (馬速)Viaggio di coppia · Oct 13We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Once. The housekeeping staff were wonderful—always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. Their cheerful attitude gave the impression of a team with a high level of job satisfaction, which contributed to the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere. The female front-desk attendants were excellent and very accommodating. The male attendant seemed somewhat hesitant and could have been clearer in his communication, but this did not significantly affect our experience. The location is excellent, with convenient access to several attractions. We stayed in Room 606 on the sixth floor, and our room with a Jacuzzi was very comfortable, quiet, and pleasantly cool. The only minor issue was the shower’s water pressure, which could have been better. However, it was a small inconvenience, and we did not feel the need to report it. Thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!
Minor details mentioned above. There was no major problem. Check in was smooth.

Location is a little out the way, but nice and quiet and an easy tuktuk ride to the sites.
