Unfortunately, we were very disappointed to discover that the meat served was not halal. The buffet area displayed a “Muslim Friendly” label, which we understood to mean that the food would be suitable for Muslim guests. However, we later discovered that this designation only meant the food contained no pork or alcohol, and did not mean that the meat itself was halal. We feel this was misleading, as there is a significant difference between food being free from pork and alcohol and food being genuinely halal. This information should have been made much clearer to guests, particularly those who book a hotel with specific dietary and religious requirements in mind. Considering the hefty price we paid for our stay, it was extremely disappointing that we were unable to fully enjoy the dining experience as expected. We believe the hotel should be more transparent about its food labelling so that Muslim guests can make informed decisions before booking especially for us to have phone in before staying at the hotel. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and we hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to avoid similar misunderstandings for future guests.
The pool isnt great and need a little bit of attention.

How ever , the rooms are big , the pool is small but has a good Bangkok sky line view . The location of the hotel itself is in a dark corner , but the overall location is good to visit any place in Bangkok, not a walking distance. Over all very good hotel for the price.
Dinner buffet options a lot of spicy staff and fish , I don’t eat spicy things and fish, so I had only rice with sausages .
leungViaggio in solitaria · Oct 9今次book 了Vince hotel Pratunam 三天，再次入住，是由於第一次的體驗太好了。而今次給予此酒店的評分，也反映了我的失望。首先，相隔一年，住宿價錢提升不少，但今次入住的房間，感覺殘舊了很多。而酒店價錢，是包了早餐及late dinner。所以，我期望那個late dinner可能有驚喜吧。結果，我試了一天就放棄。Hotel提供不少飽肚食物如包類意粉，毫不吸引, 味道也不佳， 也不提供飲品如水（要加錢，雖然不貴），但感覺太小家了。用餐環境也很擠迫和不太清潔。而之前我很喜歡的早餐，不知為何質素也變差了。其實，酒店不用安排那些另類服務如泰服拍照和免費按摩，成本放回酒店本體應該更好。當然，員工服務仍是很滿意的，希望若下次入住，會有更佳體驗。

The booking says dinner is included in the fees. But the their dinner is at 9-11 pm. Who eats dinner that late?

PatrickViaggio di coppia · Sep 9Das Hotel bietet wirklich viele Serviceleistungen an, die sonst nicht so üblich sind. Es gibt einen Buggyservice, Popcorn und Apfelsaft in der Lobby, einen guten Gepäckaufbewahrungsservice sowie theoretisch Roomservice. Inkludiert ist meist ein Abendessen, ein Welcome-Drink, eine Massage und ein Fotoshooting. Das Zimmer ist hochwertig und geräumig. Ebenso der Pool.
Man sollte beachten, dass das Hotel auf chinesische und indische Gäste ausgerichtet ist und zu über 90% auch von diesen besucht wird. Entsprechend ist Frühstück und Abendessen an die kulinarischen Präferenzen der Gästegruppe angepasst - westliche Küche sollte hier nicht erwartet werden. Beim Frühstück gab es jedoch auch eine kontinentale Auswahl. Beim Abendessen gab es leider, abgesehen von Reis und Salat, keine vegetarischen Optionen, ist aber inkludiert und deshalb fanden wir es trotzdem toll. Wichtig für alle, die mit dem Airport-Rail-Link anreisen: Der Abholpunkt ist sehr schwer zu finden. Man muss hier über die Gleise laufen und dann an Hütten vorbei um letztendlich da zu sein. Abends um 21 Uhr haben wir den Weg leider nicht mehr gefunden und sind dann einfach gelaufen. Am Abreisetag hat es aber gut geklappt.
