Would reccomend to anyone passing through Phuket for a few days would book again.

Conveniently located near Rawai beach, a clean room with a warm shower also Netflix and the other apps on the TV I would say it’s very good value for money for a place to stay in Phuket.

Wirkt lieblos und vernachlässigt, auf keinen Fall Roller ausleihen!

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, solange man dort nur zum Übernachten ist. Die Zimmer sind klein und beim duschen kuschelt man mit der Kloschüssel.

Die Unterkunft selbst bietet Roller zum verleihen an. Das Angebot haben wir angenommen und sind durch Phuket gefahren. Ca 50km von der Unterkunft entfernt, wollte der Roller nicht mehr anspringen, da er den Schlüssel nicht mehr erkannt hat. Wir haben Batterien gewechselt, überall nach Hilfe gefragt aber keiner konnte uns helfen. Nachdem ich den Besitzer der Unterkunft kontaktiert habe, hat dieser uns nach längerem hin und her abgeholt, was ich eigentlich zuerst als Mega positive Bewertung abgeben wollte. Jedoch stand er am Nächsten Tag vor unserem Zimmer und wollte von uns 1000Baht+ 300 für den ausgeliehenen Roller. Für den Sprit!? Nachdem ich versucht habe ruhig klar zu stellen, dass die Nummer nicht in Ordnung ist und er soetwas zuerst hätte sagen können, dann hätten wir sicher auch eine andere Möglichkeit gefunden, ist dieser dann laut und unhöflich geworden.

Отличный отель с хорошей хозяйкой.

Расположение хорошое, но до пляжа, где можно плавать придётся пройти по пляжу пару километров. Рядом супер рыбный рынок и магазины, много весёлых клубов. Сам отель отличный, на территории много мест, где можно спокойно отдохнуть или поработать (для удаленщиков). Есть общая кухня с кучей техники (печь, гриль, духовка, микроволновая печь, всякие блендеры, тостер, комбайн, холодильник и так далее), посуды и всего необходимого. Хозяйка угощает своими кокосами из сада, печеным картофелем (именно угощает просто так, без денег, что необычно для Тайланда). В номере много розеток, отличная горячая вода, шкаф, своя посуда, техника (тостер, чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, вентилятор, нагреватель воды) вся рабочая, везде чисто. Есть современные тренажёры на территории. Очень довольны номером, особенно приватной территорией возле каждого номера. Рекомендую!

Overally my stay there was fine, for short period I can recommend this accommodation:)

The owner was very kind, location in a calm street, big fridge and closet:)

There was quite strong smell in the bathroom, probably from the sewage (lately I found out it’s the same almost in every average accomodation in Thailand). Also there was a few ants finding my food so I recommend to store all food in the fridge.

Location was good and looks like in the pictures.

All was fine, the shower was over the toilet so that wasn’t a very comfortable experience. And the lady who owns it got a little pushy. I was only there 3 days and the day before I left she said she was going to clean my room and I said she doesn’t need to, she said yes and I said no, and she just did it anyway. While she did, she had thrown away some medication that she had mistaken for trash by its wrapping.
