José LópezПоездка вдвоём · Oct 16Ubicación perfecta. Personal atento y muy amable. Amplitud de habitación. Desayuno excelente. Vistas desde la terraza.
Ascensores muy calurosos, algo muy llamativo y que no me había encontrado antes, ni en hoteles de menor categoría.

Massoud (馬速)Поездка вдвоём · Oct 13We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Once. The housekeeping staff were wonderful—always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. Their cheerful attitude gave the impression of a team with a high level of job satisfaction, which contributed to the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere. The female front-desk attendants were excellent and very accommodating. The male attendant seemed somewhat hesitant and could have been clearer in his communication, but this did not significantly affect our experience. The location is excellent, with convenient access to several attractions. We stayed in Room 606 on the sixth floor, and our room with a Jacuzzi was very comfortable, quiet, and pleasantly cool. The only minor issue was the shower’s water pressure, which could have been better. However, it was a small inconvenience, and we did not feel the need to report it. Thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!
Minor details mentioned above. There was no major problem. Check in was smooth.
DavidПоездка вдвоём · Oct 11Excellent value and super clean property with a great rooftop bar and restaurant that is reasonably priced.
Location is a little out the way, but nice and quiet and an easy tuktuk ride to the sites.
