facility is wonderful, room is comfortable, have many restaurants inside the hotel. The spa also good too
Absolutely amazing!! We got the villa and it did not disappoint! The staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Its located close to many activities with most rides being 30 minutes tops (we had like things a little longer). The night market is walking distance. The spa is top tier. I literally dont have a bad thing to say.
Spa was excellent and though prices were much higher than the street level stores, the elegant setting is well worth the price. Not all therapists are great though. Recommend Anne the best.
The breakfast buffet is definitely not worth the price! The selection was limited and the quality didn’t match what you’d expect for the cost.
Club benefit is good. Breakfast also good. Staff are so kind and provide very good services
The pool and spa were nice. They even offered us to extend our check out time to 3pm! The breakfast was good. The staff were attentive and helpful! I like their welcome drink (apple with chocolate tea) it’s quite unique and I bought a box of it!
I loved this hotel! the staff was extra attentive, the pool is nice, they have a wife variety of activities during the day (some free of charge like the fitness class), tons of options with the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and even icecream shop! The app for services also worked great. I’d come back no doubt
Nice, clean and beautiful environment. Just if hotel can provide shuttle transport to nearby attraction will be perfect.
Great hotel, v impressed. Clean, luxurious, value for money, well located. Service impeccable.
