DanielПоездка вдвоём · Oct 10Exceptional service from the staff ,nothing was too hard . The staff at the quiet pool were so friendly and welcoming and always had a fresh drink ready. The food at the restaurants was excellent. Tours were organised and ran seamlessly from pick to drop off at resort.

It would be great to see a beach team in the morning pick up the few pieces of rubbish that wash up overnight. It is by no means a major problem (like Bali) but it would just keep the area looking pristine. Its such a great beach for a swim with very few people.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The property was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained, and every part of our experience was handled with genuine care and attention. It was clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. A big thank you to the entire JW Marriott team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

We did not experience any significant negative aspects during our two-week stay. Everything was handled professionally and with great care. A bit unfortunate at this time of the year is, that the ocean is too rough to swim.

Swimming pool area has no security. Children's pool area had an adult filming. I advised the hotel swim staff and manager on site.
