Breakfast was very crowded with little staff. Not always clean tables or floors. Coffee was always late and cold. Food by end of breakfast time was not displayed nicely, food in warmers were cold and not very fresh.

Only one restaurant was open all the time, the only other choice was the pool bar. There was a rooftop bar but this was only open two nights a week. The beach you can use in the nearby hotel is not very good. It is very steep to the water and not kept well. The location is not great if you want to do daily excursions as most are in the south area and you need to take a taxi everywhere

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket. The resort has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service was excellent throughout our stay, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the overall quality of the resort. It was a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We really appreciated the experience and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

He assisted us with our luggage, drove us around the villas, and helped us with trips to Turtle Village. His kindness and helpful service really made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. AdilПоездка вдвоём · Sep 17حجزي كان لفيلا 920 غرفتين وصاله واولا خل نتفق انه المكان بعيد عن كل شي والمنتجع روعه وفيه وايد فعاليات والموظفين قمه فالاحترام والتعامل ًالمكان نظيف وحلو وهاد يعني حلو حق قضاء الوقت فالمنتجع اما اذا تفكر اتلف في بوكيت فيعتبر بعيد عن كل شي والحوض جدا فنان الطول 7 متر في عرض 3 متر وتقسيمة الفيلا حلوه ومتوفر فيها كل المستلزمات
ما قول ماعجبني ولكن كم نقطه وماتغير رأي انه المنتجع روعه وبرجع له مره ثانيه بس حق يومين مثلا مش كل المده 1- مكيف الصاله حار شوي وفيه نظام انه يغلق روحه اذا مافيه حركه فالصاله 2- طبعا بالنسبه لي عادي بس اقصد الي عندهم فوبيا بتحصلون فالحوش بعض الديدان او حلزون ونمل وشي طبيعي لانه فوسط الغابه وارجع واقول اذكر الشي عشان الي بيروح عقب بالنسبه لي 3- الحوض مافيه تدفئه يمكن يكون بارد خاصه للاطفال بالنسبه لي كان 4- واهم نقطه بالنسبه لي عند وصولي عشان اجراءات الدخول الفندق طلب الف درهم اي 8000 بات وديعه عندهم وهالشي ماكان مذكور وقت الحجز لا في بوكينج ولا الفندق وطبعا اتكلم حق الي عامل ميزانيه حق سفرته وهالمبلغ وايد والاهم انه مو مذكور وقت الحجز للاسف
