Generally positive overall: friendly staff, good location and value, but comfort issues (noise, bedding, occasional cleanliness problems) temper the experience.

Rooms frequently described as clean, but there are reports of issues (AC possibly unclean, and a disputed extra charge for a small stain) leading to slightly below-target cleanliness.
Multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff and good check-in assistance; isolated negative incidents (receptionist refusal, dispute over charges) but overall service is a strong positive.
Consistently praised: convenient placement, close to restaurants and attractions, considered a strong point.
Mixed to negative: reports of paper-thin walls/noise, very hard mattresses and awkward AC placement affecting comfort — lowers room quality noticeably.

Rooftop pool and communal areas are appreciated; air conditioning and basic facilities present. Overall amenities match expectations for this tier.
Frequently mentioned as good value / budget-friendly and qualitatively satisfactory for the price.
