Sovereign Group Hotel at Pratunam

Location was superb, very close to shops and malls, with great street food just around the corner!. The room was small but well organized, clean and maintained well. Staff were friendly. Access road seems a little dodgy at first, but I never ran into any trouble as a solo traveller. It's a great budget option for someone looking to stay in central Bangkok.

I was told it sleeps 2, but space would have been tight. As a solo traveller, it was great, though. Also wouldn't recommend staying in the no-window rooms if you plan to stay in the room during the day as it can be a bit claustrophobic. It's a great, cheaper option if you're going to be out most of the day though. Rooms were not very soundproof. Otherwise a fantastic stay and definitely gives value for money as a budget stay.

Great hotel. Very quiet so easy to get to sleep in the room. Great location very close to Central World where i was playing in a pickleball tournament. Parking space included in the price of the room. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The bed had a nice topper on it. Clean sheets and towels. Toiletries were included in the room. A fridges with two bottles of water. There was a kettle and instant coffee provided. Clothes rail and coat hangers. The room was cleaned on our second day and everything replenished. The staff at the hotel were very polite. Check in and out was simple, no hassle at all. I will definitely stay at the Sovereign Group hotel again when I travel to central Bangkok.

No elevator access to my room but the staff is very helpful

Our family loved the hotel’s convenient location near our favorite shopping spots, including Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. We also appreciated how clean the hotel was and how kind the security guards were. Every time they opened the door, they greeted us with big smiles. The two rooms were small, but they were comfortable enough for our family. We especially liked the outdoor seating area, where we could sit, smoke, and relax. Refreshments were also available for purchase. Overall, we loved the hotel and had a great stay!

It’s not that we didn’t like anything about our stay, but we had requested that our two rooms be next to or near each other. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so the receptionist couldn’t accommodate our request. Our children’s room was on the third floor, while ours was on the fourth. We hope this arrangement will be possible on our next visit.

Was not told of stairs to 6th floor. Rooms were very small . The road works made crossing roads difficult.

The bed end pillow is very soft. Not comfortable sleep. Tv is broken, no image to see the movie .

Locatie goed. Hartje centrum en veel op loopafstand.

Foto’s kwamen niet helemaal overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ziet er fris uit maar in het echt valt dit tegen. Kamer heel klein. Verder hebben we een dag hevige regenval meegemaakt en de straat waar het hotel in zit liep helemaal onder. Natte/vieze voeten dus. Na twee nachten een ander hotel geboekt.
