The hot tub water was actually very hot!
Front desk, breakfast staff, housekeeping, bar lounge staff and security are all friendly and a joy to work with. The hotel is clean and comfortable in a quiet area of jomtien but conveniently located to all the popular areas. For the price it’s a tremendous value
Other than shower was a very nice property. The staff was very good.
Booked a pool access room with Jacuzzi tub. Room clean bed comfortable. Pool access room should have designated pool lounges outside of door as there were people constantly there. Also no shower which is odd only the jacuzzi tub. Pool open until 10 pm so if you want peace and quite before then it won't happen. The staff friendly. Maybe another room with a balcony would be better experience? The breakfast was not very good , food cold and quite plain tasting.
Tremendous value. From front desk staff, housekeeping, food services and all staff members have a great customer friendly approach. Breakfast buffet and food at pool bar lounge all very good and reasonably priced. Room is very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Not right on the beach but very close amazing variety of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, clean safe new and modern very tastefully furnished and decorated, neat second story pool ,breakfast buffet resonable but also very asin, nice
