The hotel was fine and had everything they promised. However the staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly.
Not ce clean room with kitchen and washer! Location is ok if you can take the MRT. Nice and quiet!
Wow!! I absolutely loved my stay at Oakwood! From the roof top Zodiac bar to the front check in. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!! You can’t go wrong with this booking! The washer/dryer is an added bonus!
The overall stay was terrible. If I could give this place a negative, that’s what it deserves. The smell upon entering the hotel was disgusting, it was absolutely filthy, it smelled like spoiled fish all over the place. The rooms are small, more like an apartment complex, and the kitchen provided with the room, the guests aren’t allowed to use before 7 days of staying. The food served is absolutely horrible, there is no diversity with food. I’m not sure why it’s a 5 star hotel, it deserves a 1 star. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
