Muy bien · según 1279 reseñasResumen con IAOverall impression is very positive for many guests: several glowing reviews praise atmosphere, sea views, and staff hospitality (one review states everyone was very impressed). Despite issues (cleanliness, pool, breakfast), the strong value, friendly service and scenic setting produce high overall satisfaction among many visitors.
Limpieza6,5
Mixed signals: several reviewers noted dusty or not-clean rooms, dirty pool water and beach area, though some guests explicitly said rooms were clean. Overall cleanliness is below average due to multiple mentions of dust, old fixtures and dirty pool/beach.Servicio9,5
Consistently praised: multiple reviews mention friendly, polite and helpful staff (e.g., 'Nice staff', 'พนักงานบริการดี', 'entgegenkommend und freundlich'). Service is a clear strength and justified a high score.Ubicación8,0
Mixed: many guests appreciated the beachfront/sea view and convenient travel access, while others noted the hotel is far from main activities/walking street (around 30 minutes). Overall location is good for a beach stay but not ideal for downtown access.Habitación7,0
Rooms are spacious with useful amenities (fridge/freezer, large TV, AC) and some guests praised the size, but multiple comments mention old furniture, uncomfortable beds/pillows and occasional dustiness, lowering the score.Servicios7,5
Mixed amenities: property offers expected basics (WiFi, TV, fridge, pet-friendly), but key amenities like the large pool were repeatedly closed/under construction which detracts from the experience.Relación calidad-precio9,5
Strong positive consensus on value: several reviewers highlighted low/cheap pricing and good value for the room size and included breakfast, making this a major selling point.Comida y bebida6,0
Frequently mentioned problems: breakfast options were limited, service was slow and food ran out quickly; some guests reported cold coffee/tea and poor suitability for certain guests (e.g., 'worst for Indians'). F&B is a notable weakness.

No Breakfast at 9 in the morning everything was empty. Check in was rude and not really polite, the guy tried to catch more money for no reason…

TharikaViaje en familia · Oct 10Everything! Especially, Brekkie was so good! Very impressive. If you looking for hotel more affordable price, not expensive at all and excellent view, I would highly recommended this place. Pet friendly as well
If you want enjoy your food in the room, and you need to wash the dishes which they will provide to you. You absolutely have to pay extra of dishwashing liquid and sponge for 65฿.
