Limpieza9,2
Multiple reviews explicitly call the property very clean and well-maintained (e.g., 'נקי מטופח', positive comments in several languages); minor negatives include insects in corridors and isolated incidents (chemical smell) but overall housekeeping is strong.Servicio10
Consistently praised across reviews: exceptional, proactive and friendly staff, outstanding concierge service and helpful teams that made arrivals and family stays seamless.Ubicación9,6

Rooms described as beautiful and spacious by guests, but multiple mentions that parts of the property are aged and require renovation; occasional infrastructure issues (plumbing, AC) impacted a small number of stays.Servicios9,9
Numerous positive notes on facilities: many pools, kids' play areas and club, spa/massage on the beach, varied restaurants and good on-site activities—standout resort amenities for families.Relación calidad-precio8,5
Mixed signals: high quality service and amenities but several guests mention high prices and the need for renovation, which slightly lowers perceived value.Comida y bebida9,3
Breakfast is repeatedly praised as rich and varied and restaurants are described as high quality; a few reports note slow breakfast organization and higher prices.

TonyViaje en familia · Oct 13Great variety selection of food and activities. Adult/quiet pool is sufficiently away from main kids pool.
DanielViaje en pareja · Oct 10Exceptional service from the staff ,nothing was too hard . The staff at the quiet pool were so friendly and welcoming and always had a fresh drink ready. The food at the restaurants was excellent. Tours were organised and ran seamlessly from pick to drop off at resort.

ScottViaje en pareja · Oct 10Amazing breakfast, fantastic positive and helpful staff. All the restaurants were top class!
It would be great to see a beach team in the morning pick up the few pieces of rubbish that wash up overnight. It is by no means a major problem (like Bali) but it would just keep the area looking pristine. Its such a great beach for a swim with very few people.
SreeramViaje en familia · Oct 8We had an absolutely amazing stay at the JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The property was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained, and every part of our experience was handled with genuine care and attention. It was clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. A big thank you to the entire JW Marriott team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

DanielaViaje en familia · Sep 10• Warm, attentive and genuinely friendly service • Beautiful tropical gardens and peaceful atmosphere • Outstanding breakfast with an excellent selection and flexible service • Wonderful spa • Exceptional personal attention from Koong and YaYa • Thoughtful details that made our stay memorable
We did not experience any significant negative aspects during our two-week stay. Everything was handled professionally and with great care. A bit unfortunate at this time of the year is, that the ocean is too rough to swim.
SarahViaje en familia · Sep 7The Italian Rest was amazing!
Swimming pool area has no security. Children's pool area had an adult filming. I advised the hotel swim staff and manager on site.
