OihanaViaje en familia · Aug 16Un lugar de ensueño, con el lago, las tiendas de campaña, las casas en el árbol…Parece sacado de un cuento. Además las camas son comodisimas, las almohadas, los edredones blancos, la decoración. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla.

You had to use a card to get through the gate for security - I had to go back to my tent a couple of times to get it. I don't think there is a real threat of someone else from outside going through the gate as there is security. Maybe they have had problems in the past. I opted for the tent with shared bathroom and the bathrooms were lovely. The walk to the bathroom in the rain was not. I learnt my lesson there.

SebastianViaje en familia · Aug 29Das Resort hat eine sehr schöne Lage, mitten in der Natur und ist trotzdem sehr gepflegt. Wir haben in einem Tree House übernachtet und es war einfach traumhaft. Wir konnten den ganzen Tag Eichhörnchen beobachten und die Fische im Teich füttern. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Restaurant am Abend ebenfalls. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war unser Sohn krank und die netten Mitarbeiter organisierten einen Transfer zur lokalen Klinik. Die Dame die und fuhr wartete sogar vor Ort bis wir fertig waren um uns wieder zurück zu fahren. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Im Poolbereich gibt es einige kaputte Fliesen mit scharfen Kanten. Da muss man ziemlich vorsichtig sein um sich nicht zu verletzen.

When raining it is hard to reach the reception area. No house phone in the room to contact front desk and house keeping.

Ik vond het jammer dat de buitenverlichting van de boomhut niet werkte en ik miste een rookmelder. We verbleven er 3 nachten doordeweeks en alleen in het weekend is er ‘s avond wat te doen zoals een kampvuur. Ik had het leuk gevonden als dit ook doordeweeks wordt gedaan.
Anne-01Viaje en solitario · Aug 16Het terrein is echt prachtig, het zwembad is fijn, de tent en de airco die erin zat heel prettig en de locatie is top. Het personeel is vriendelijk en het ontbijt beviel goed. Mijn vriend was jarig tijdens ons verblijf en op verzoek hebben ze een super feestelijk taartje geserveerd bij het ontbijt.
Niet alle gemeenschappelijke douches hebben gelijke waterdruk. Sommigen hadden dit amper en de ander was zo goed dat het putje het niet aankon waardoor de douche bijna overstroomde. Verder was het restaurant niet helemaal naar onze smaak, vooral veel Westerse gerechten en erg aan de prijs. We hebben hier dan ook niet gegeten.
