9月5日下午四点左右的前台服务员态度极其恶劣, 将我们原定订的四十平方豪华房, 擅自改为小面积房间, 我们指出其错误后，不但不予改正, 相反对客人进行语言侮辱。我们通知经理到场，才解决了酒店的欺诈行为。
DanielViaje en pareja · Sep 10The location was perfect for my requirements. The staff was helpful and the rooms were fine. We enjoyed the breakfast choice and I will certainly return there when I am attending a Thailand Culure Centre event which is just a short walk from the hotel.
Everything was fine for me. No complaints.

I am coming to this hotel since many years. Its high time to change red carpets in the entrance lobby and passages. There should be big glossy ceramic tiles which are easy to clean and maintain hygiene too. Entrance lobby should have some chairs for sitting.
KshitizViaje en pareja · Sep 5I booked my stay because it was value for money, but Stay was not at all Comfortable. Staff is very rude. There are no facilities nearby and also in hotel. Breakfast is very bad. There are no options to eat. They generally cook Thai and Chinese food and some eggs, that’s it. Staff is rude. They even charge you for ice in bucket in your room. I just had a small cut when I was shaving my beard and I cleaned that blood from face towel. They charged me cleaning for that Also. I ordered some food from grab and they were doing inspections on it, and they just took my food from my hand and they were checking like what was I doing?? And then when I talk with staff, they were shouting loudly. so it’s very rude stuff. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel at least Indian people.
