S Ram Leisure Hotel

Close to the airport The room was s big and clean The Staff as nearly everywhere in Thailand was very friendly

This was a strange experience. It’s marked as 5star - it is definitely not. The Design was quite poor. No Plug where the kettle is as just one example. It seems the Designer messed up. It’s a Hotel for Chinese Tourist groups it seems. The breakfast was like in a Canteen. Food was for Chinese tourists. Western Food was very low quality. I had to give a 1000 Baht deposit. First time in my life. So you can maybe imagine the kind of people who stay there if the hotel has to do this.

大型の団体が押し寄せるので仕方がないが　深夜到着時のホテル廊下と朝一番の食堂は連日騒々しい

Staff friendly and very helpful

I’ll take responsibility for not checking reviews more throughly but this hotel just wasn’t for us. I’ll start by saying that we could not fault the staff, they were lovely, helpful and efficient. The hotel itself seems to cater for large tourist bus groups. The pool(s) - advertised as 2 but is actually 1 pool divided into 2 depths, one for children. It is on the ground level where the buses park. The room we booked had 2 double beds but there was only 1 pillow per bed. The view from our window was of a block of residential units approximately 5 metres away, with the balconies facing us. We therefore felt the need to keep the curtains shut. As stated at the beginning, not a bad place, just not for us.

Rooms and breakfast are so good and also close to the shopping Mall and cinema and great restaurants

The hotel has put an ATM outside the entrance but it really needs some seating and a few tables while you are relaxing waiting for your taxi

Rooms were spacious and clean

Breakfast didn’t cater to westerners unfortunately

Beds were comfortable. Bath was nice and big.

The rooms, the comfort, the food, the pool, the gym. Honestly this place is amazing for both long and short stays, I was there for a month and I would go back again definitely

We love this place as this was our 5th time to stay here. The staff is really kind and helpful with every request we made even from the past bookings we had with them. They even upgraded our room this time!
