Pool was filthy, there was dirt on the bottom, you can see chlorine tablets just thrown in and sitting in the bottom of the pool and there were horrible brown bubbles on the surface. Staff were unhelpful and offered really bad service when we had issues. Didn’t like the bed, it was rock solid and when we asked if it was possible to change the mattress, was immediately shut down even though our friends had a soft mattress so we knew there were some. Air conditioning was not strong enough and there was cracks in the room so it never got cold enough. Bathroom was not very nice, it was run down and in serious need of TLC or replacement. Unless you have a car, location is really horrible as it’s just off the main road

Sometimes it is difficoult to understand each others with the reception staff but the owners are always ready to step in , thank you

Sauberkeit, leider schlechte Verständigung. Es gibt günstigere und bessere Unterkünfte. Ich wäre sogar nochmals gekommen aber die Damen der Rezeption antworten entweder gar nicht oder jeden Tag neue Preise
ReginaViaje en familia · Mar 18Das Putzpersonal und Gartenpersonal extrem bemüht. 2Pools. Man bekommt jeden Tag Wasser, frische Habdtücher wenn man möchte. Alle Angestellten sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Leider sehr schlechtes bis gar kein Englisch. Sogar mit Translate Probleme. Ich wollte sogar ein 2mal buchen. Mein erster Aufenthalt waren fast 7 Wochen . Nun wieder 8 wochen und da ich direkt Kontakt aufgenommen hatte wollte ich direkt buchen. 5 tage vor Ankunft neuer Preis obwohl durch emails alles belegen konnte. Teils bekommt man gar keine Antwort oder Tage später. Vorsicht bei der Benennung der Zimmer sehr irreführend. Doppelzimmer das steht Doppelzimmer deluxe was auch ein Bungalow ist aber Bungalow mit 3Betten besser als der deluxe. Am besten die Villas da ist auch alles sauber. Alles andere sehr abgewohnt. Teils flecken auf Bettwäsche abgewohnte Badezimmer mit Restschmutz. Frühstück naja... Ich habe es mir gerichtet und nochmal sauber machen lassen aber zu wenig Liegen bei den Pools. Kaputte Fliesen, Armaturen die oxidieren.... Ja nur 3Stern aber trotzdem es muss nicht luxiriös sein... Aber sauber. Finde es schade das die Damen der Rezeption einen über den Tisch ziehen möchten denn die Frau des Hauses auch liebevoll Mama von allen genannt immer mit sich reden lässt und ich glaube das sie gar nicht weiss was da bei der Rezeption abgeht. Schade. Wäre gerne nochmals in die Villa gekommen aber verarschen muss man sich nicht lassen.
huguetteViaje en familia · Mar 10La chambre standard à l'étage est bien plus confortable que la "supérieure" qui est 2 fois plus chère. Bonne clim. Des prises ! Même près du lit ! La piscine le calme dans l'hôtel malgré l'autoroute qui passe à côté Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix, même si ça n'est pas annoncé Loc scooter possible. Au bout de 3 jours, on n'a pas eu le choix que de prendre la supérieure, alors que l'hôtel était quasiment vide...
Chambre supérieure au rdc : humidité++. Au bout de 2 jours toutes les fringues sentent. Clim très bruyante. Bouilloire inutilisable : câble trop court pour aller jusqu'à la prise. Petit déjeuner dans salle très bruyante : devant l'autoroute !

Kein Entgegenkommen des Personals, waren früher dort, da mit Nachtbus gekommen, obwohl die Unterkunft zum Teil leer war kein frühes Check in möglich, Frühstück unterer Standard
