TV only had a few channels and was not set up for Netflix or You Tube. No lift. The room lacked decorations or a painting.

I wouldn't quite dare to market my room as having "a city view" – is a wall a city view?

The staff were polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever we had questions or requests. Their warm service added to the overall positive experience.
one downside we noticed was the smell in the room. It wasn’t very pleasant and slightly affected our overall comfort during the stay. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can improve on.
