TatjanaViaje en solitario · May 8I stayed at Ben‘s House for a month and loved it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned well and the air conditioning works perfectly. You get what you pay for. It‘s not an extravagant room but it has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is good. I was there to train at Khunsuek and the location is perfect for that. You can also use their laundry service which I recommand as my laundry smelled amazing after.
I was a bit sad I didn‘t get a balcony tho.

CerenViaje en pareja · Mar 21We had mixed feelings about our stay at Ben's House. On the positive side, the staff members were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. We have no complaints regarding the service; they truly do their best to assist guests with a smile.
However, the facilities were disappointing. The location is a bit of a walk from the beach, and the room conditions were subpar. Our room smelled of mold, and the bathroom lacked any form of ventilation. Additionally, the towels were dirty and stained, which was quite off-putting. As for the pool, we wouldn't recommend it. It is squeezed between two buildings, so the atmosphere isn't very pleasant. We even saw people entering the water in their regular clothes, which raised some hygiene concerns for us. While the hospitality was great, the lack of cleanliness and poor room maintenance make it hard to recommend this hotel.

Odore poco gradevole dovuto probabilmente alla vicinanza con la piscina, a primo impatto poi ci si fa l'abitudine. Struttura vecchia e poco curata (es lenzuola bucate), la doccia era o bollente o fredda, no via di mezzo. Costo alto per la qualità che propone

Hot water was hit or miss. We stayed 2 nights. The first night, my partner had no hot water, and on the second night, I got no hot water. There was also no water at all for a couple of hours.
