Great clean and generous hotel

Upgraded us to a family suite (son celebrated his birthday) and gave us a bag of different snacks, really god hotel and a surprising to the better

Great Thai hospitality! Clean hotel and room. Wish it was in a different location.

We attended a conference at the Empress Hotel next door. It was convenient to have this newer and more modern hotel next door. The staff, especially housekeeping, were wonderful.

Sadly, this part of Chiang Mai is not the best. We didn’t particularly like the dirty and smelly areas around. It doesn’t have a resort vibe.

Old fashioned luxury in a relaxing setting.

Very large rooms with modern features, such as a tablet beside the bed that controlled the temperature and lights.

It was far from the old city which made it slightly inconvenient to get to the restaurants and sights we were interested in.

Tout. Chambres super spacieuses et connectées, très bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel a accepté de modifier sans frais ma réservation le jour même suite à une erreur de ma part ! Panier de bienvenu très copieux. Très grande piscine. Parking à disposition.

Restaurant non-climatisé (mais ventilé).
