Awesome

I came here two years ago and really enjoyed my stay, so I decided to come back. I was very happy to see the quality didn't decline at all. The staff are so friendly and awesome, they make the place feel so comfortable, and they go above and beyond to make their guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is phenomenal! Water, snacks, coffee, tea are provided 24/7. The neighborhood offers tons of massage parlors, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops etc. If I go back to Chiang Mai, I will probably stay at BED Nimman again.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at in this price range.

I booked this hotel after seeing it recommended so many times online, but I was shocked by how poor the facilities were. I wouldn’t even call it a hotel—it felt more like a cheap guesthouse. As soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. The room was extremely dirty, and the shower area was disgusting, with limescale all over the floor. Strangely, the washbasin was right next to the bed, and there was hardly any storage space.

Perfect sport in Nimman

The staff is ultra friendly, the room is big and comfy, the location is perfect (closed enough to walk to the cafes, restaurants, shops while being in a quiet street)

The hotel is closed to the airport meaning that you hear the planes, it's unavoidable, but not a big issue as such if you sleep with hear plug
