For a comfy bed and sea view, it's ideal, if you expect anything else anything else, look elsewhere.

A comfortable bed. The sea view.

Unsafe balcony rail,doesn't seem to be any regular maintenance, jobs that have been done, seem to have been done by an untrained labourer.

Real local area that is quiet and peaceful

I was looking for a real local area that is quiet and peaceful. The Lord Nelson fits exactly like I expected. And the pool is perfect for lounging and drinking. If you want to dig your toes in the sand, only 5 steps away from the pool.
