Limpieza8,8
Generally praised as very clean in multiple reviews, though a few notes about aged bathrooms and dingy shower curtains that lowered the score slightly.Servicio9,4
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and quick (easy check-in/out, accommodated requests), but isolated negatives include a strict check-in/out incident and occasional language limitations.Ubicación9,6
Many reviewers highlight the excellent, central location and nearby dining; however several mention street noise, festivals (Songkran) and nearby bars/airplanes affecting sleep.Habitación9,0
Rooms described as beautiful, spacious and comfortable in many reviews; some guests noted an uncomfortable bed for one stay and older bathroom fittings in places.Servicios9,0
Positive mentions of a lovely pool and attractive hotel decor; lacks an elevator and has stair-related access considerations which slightly reduce the score.Relación calidad-precio8,5
Perceived as on the pricey side by some guests despite charms and quality, leading to a slightly lower value rating.Comida y bebida9,6
Breakfast repeatedly praised as very good/delicious; one logistical complaint about booking breakfast on arrival affected a small number of guests.

Hui-JouViaje en pareja · Aug 20
DywannaViaje en pareja · Aug 5Great breakfast every day and amazing location! Kind staff.
reddyViaje en solitario · Aug 3Its nice centrally located
They were very strict about the check-in and check-out timings. Even though we requested just a 30-minute extension, they did not accommodate our request.
