Very good and friendly team. Special thanks to Kaw for her excellent service and dedication. Organization and support were perfect.
Really convenient location next to central mall. The room is very clean and neat. They also give coupon for bakery snack and coffee. Special thanks to Mole,BB,Honey Pam for the great services.
The rooms are beautiful and clean, there's a rooftop pool, and K.Joy provided excellent and friendly service and advice. The accommodation is in the heart of the city, close to shopping areas, a short walk to the beach, and only 15 minutes from the airport. It ticks all the boxes.
Good location -5 mins from your room to the walking street and the shopping mall Staffs very polite and friendly especially Joy from the lobby Also I like their coffee would recommend for it 👍🏼
This is the view you will get during high season, half of the rooms looking into carpark, location is good since its adjacent to shopping center, dont let me mention all the fake thai reviews, copy pasted with only couple of words different. Again during high season service is also non-existent, diy, self service maybe your thing? And you like prison-escape(y) rooms?
I have a great time here during my stay. All staff from front desk were helpful. I’d like to thank you all of them if I remember. Thank you Mook, Kaw, Pam, BB, Honey and Joy to always help and make me happy on my holiday. Every time when I came to reception, their face always smile to me and I love that. By the way I love smoothies from Cutter so so much. I’ll be back for sure thank you guys
Honey is so friendly and so kind , I love hotel , AC so good and clean and next to central and I can go there shortly. All staff so goood and special is Honey.
Great place! Value for money is high. Location is perfect, next to the shopping mall and city center. Nice staff as well.
The staff were amazing!!! Especially tamo and Jaae. But my favorite is Kaw!! Very friendly and helpful. Great location
Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are nice and new, also the bathroom, water pressure in the shower was great, they clean the rooms every day. Kaen from the front desk was super nice and very welcoming. I stated in the rooms near the pool, great location, Only downside is that to get to the rooms in the second or third building you need to go down to floor 1, cross the first building and the go up to your location.
