1. Very late service. Takes more than 30 minutes for any service call and that too after repeated follow ups and reminders. 2. Quality of breakfast is horrible.

Everything was very good.
JMViaje en familia · Sep 6What we liked most: - The room: Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We slept extremely well and really enjoyed our stay. - Breakfast: Excellent breakfast with a very good variety and quality. - Staff: Everyone was very attentive and professional, always willing to help. - Executive Lounge: A special mention to the Executive Lounge team, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. - Location: Excellent location, with the BTS right next to the hotel and plenty of great places to eat nearby.
Nothing negative to report.
