Los jefes unos incompetentes, no querían hablar con nosotros. No tenían atención al cliente, estaba lleno de cucarachas, chinches, termitas, ratas, hormigas(en las habitaciones y cama), en las camas por mucho que pusieras la red antimosquitos entraban cucarachas. Lo gestionaron fatal. Los jefes nos decían que no querían hablar con nosotros. La señora que está en el hotel es la única amable, es encantadora

La sporcizia attorno all'alloggio, si portata molto dal mare ma anche la struttura è poco curata forse dato il periodo poco affollato, l'acqua in doccia viene piano piano, ho dovuto smontare il soffione per potermi lavare, non viene data carta igienica e ne qualche tipo di shampoo. Sono stato svegliato la notte da mille insetti che mi mordevano e da un topo di grandi dimensioni che per fortuna preferiva un pacco di patatine a me.

Personnel très serviable. Bonne nourriture. Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour un petit coin tranquille avec le bruit des vagues.

Einfach und toll Holzbungalows auf hohen Stelzen Blick aufs Wasser vom Balkon Sehr Basic Essen und Trinken prima Rollerverleih - so kommt man gut überall hin, wenn man es etwas belebter möchte.

I had originally planned to spend a full week at Pano Resort, but due to an accident involving a friend I was traveling with, I unfortunately couldn't make it to Koh Mak as planned. Because of this unfortunate event, I politely asked Pano if – despite the "no refund" policy – it might be possible to cancel the booking as an exception to avoid paying for an empty room. What followed next is something I never experienced in my entire life! It started with the presumed owner (who doesn't even seem to be on-site himself) asking in a very intrusive manner if he could visit my friend in the hospital in Chiang Mai (wtf?!). I can only assume this was to check if I was making up the accident, as there is absolutely no other reason for a stranger to even suggest such a thing. After I naturally declined and repeatedly explained the circumstances leading to my no-show – hoping for some empathy – I was laughed at and mocked for not knowing the booking terms and rules. This happened during an emergency situation that was already stressful and difficult enough! I am well aware that I have no legal right to a refund and that it is a matter of goodwill – but no one should have to put up with being laughed at and treated disrespectfully. As several other guests have already noted (I recommend also reading the reviews on Google Maps), I strongly advise against booking a stay here. Your money is not going to a good person, but to someone who couldn't care less – most important thing is, that the cash keeps flowing.

It just really needs to be restored or slight renovation to it to make it really nice. There are too many holes and gaps for bugs and rodents to get into the room. I had small ants on the bed and termites eating away at the wood inside with geckos in the room aswell Needs the wood taken out and redone.

L'emplacement est parfait pour se sentir isolé et avoir la tranquillité pour soi. Cinq bungalows avec grande terrasse, vue sur la mer. On s'y est baigné tous les jours pendant notre séjour d’une semaine. On a même fait du snorkeling pour observer petits poissons et crustacés. Le bungalow est rustique mais il y a le nécessaire. Grande salle de bain avec douche chaude, ventilateur, lit (mou), moustiquaire et petite commode pour poser quelques affaires. La moustiquaire est nécessaire pour ne pas se faire réveiller par les lézards et les insectes qu'il y a, comme dans beaucoup de logements de ce pays. La mer étant au pied du bungalow, vous serez bercé par le bruit des vagues. Ils tiennent un petit restaurant, nous y avons consommé de délicieux banana shake. Louer des vélos ou scooter est nécessaire puisque le logement est en retrait de tout. Vous pouvez réserver vos tickets de ferry directement auprès du personnel. Attention, si vous allez à Koh Kood, sachez que le taxi, de la jetée à votre logement, est compris dans les 500 bath!

-La marée nocturnes dépose des déchets durant le nuit sur la plage de galets. Nous l’avons nettoyé à notre arrivée et avons pu profiter pleinement de la vue. Je pense que c’est nettoyé régulièrement mais le personnel a d'autres priorités. -Notre lit (je ne sais pas pour les autres bungalows) était très mou. Nous avons retiré le sommier pour avoir le matelas à même le sol, ainsi lorsque l'un bougeait, l'autre pouvait ne pas être réveillée par le mouvement. -la terrasse n’a pas de chaise ni de table. Vous pouvez vous poser sur la plage de galet, ou au petit restaurant tenu par le personnel.
