We booked a double flat with a sofa bed in the lounge. No bedding was provided for the sofa bed and the staff refused to provide any as a sofa bed is apparently not for sleeping. Misleading advertising. The flat was tired and a bit tatty Staff were unhelpful

Wished there was an iron, towel hooks or hangers in the washrooms. Keypad to enter the room rather than a key and not having to use a keycard to go down every time would be great.

TamarViaje en solitario · Aug 23הגענו ללילה והופתענו לטובה. חדר משפחה, 2 חדרי שינה, 2 מקלחות ושירותים. נוף בויטרינה גדולה לבריכה. חיפשנו מיקום זה כדי שיהיה קרוב לשוק סוף השבוע - לא בטוח שזה קריטי. יש 7/11 ליד. מקדימה למלון יש שכונת עוני, כך שזה היה פחות נעים. שירות מעולה, צוות קבלה שירותי. יכולנו לאפסן מזוודות לאחר הצ'ק אאוט.
