The staff weren’t really nice and helpful, not great that the kayak boat doesn’t have a staff that could help out first timers and who are travelling alone.

They don’t have a sense of humor at all. It was checkout time just 12:30 and i was very sick vomiting in bathroom and they just keep calling maybe 10 times in row!!! They just care about what time we are going out and doesn’t care if someone sick or about to die

الغرف جدا عاديه المكان بعيد عن المدينه تستغرق الرحله لبتونج بيش 50 دقيقه الافطار دون المستوي لفندق خمس نجوم المكان صغير والانصاف قليله جدا مقارنه بالفنادق الأخري بالنسبه للاستقبال غير منظم الموظفين تعاملهم غير لائق وتأخير في تسليم الغرف والخروج قبل الساعه 12 وفي حاله الرغبه في التمديد لمده ساعه اضافيه تدفع قيمه الغرف
