I appreciate your assistance in resolving the financial aspect of this matter. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience and handling of the situation. Being informed that my confirmed reservation could not be accommodated caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. As a guest, I had relied on the confirmation and expected the reservation to be honored. While the refund has been processed, the situation reflects a lack of proper planning and communication from the hotel’s side. I believe this is an area that requires improvement to ensure future guests do not face similar issues. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your internal processes to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Air conditioning quite noisy, shower head loose unable to position it needs repair reported to staff so hopefully this will be done,

A little noisy in the evenings due to the bars/ restaurants next door. Not sure about the value for the money compared to other places we stayed at in Thailand. Cafe/ breakfast a little pricey. Tried to help but couldn’t really help us organize our bus journey.
