ShazmanViaje en grupo · Nov 19Its private, very calm from the chaos of phuket with guarded villa place. Very near to patong beach, only few minutes travel with motorcycles. Place to rent a motorcycles also very near, just infront of the guardhouse. Convinience store are also not far, as we can enjoy tourist fav place, Thai’s 7Eleven.

DeveauxViaje en grupo · Jul 2Not much had the place booked the villa for just less then a month and then ended up staying somewhere else because the problems wouldn’t get fixed even after I approached to the owners of the villa and wouldn’t even give any type of refund for bad hospitality

DonViaje en grupo · Apr 20The location of the house. The house designs. The living Room. The outside of the house got place to relax. Secured place to stay. The owner comes to meet us very humble the way of talking.
The aircond in one room is not working in good condition and the water from the air conditioner made the bed wet and can't use the bed. The owner never attended our phone when we call for emergency.

On the 1st floor where all rooms are, there is one room with attached bathroom. Another two share one bathroom. That’s a bit inconvenient. Location is great but not as close to Patong beach as expected. Need to depend on tuk tuk.
