Dirt and insects are mainly the issues

Not well maintained, a broken mirror placed in the bathroom without securing the glass inside the frame could potentially harm someone.

The property is in a quiet area and has restaurants, 711, Tops , CJ, washing machines, and a Barber 5 minutes walk away. Also, usually, there a Baht busses parked close by.
