Was right across the road from the beach, The only thing that was wrong is we didn't stay long enough

Hotel was good for the price but you have to put up with a live band Nextdoor.

Great Location

Decent hotel with a great location right on Bang Saen Beach.Lots of good local food nearby and a 7 11 within walking distance and if you need Western food there’s a McDonalds also.

away from busy noisy beaches, relaxed weekdays

decided on few days by the sea but not at noisy Pattaya. The relatively new hotel was a great find. A short walk down the driveway to get to the beach. There is a small indoor pool for kids if you prefer. Breakfast is enough beyond a light bite. There is a live music nightclub facing but we were not there on a weekend. I would go back no problem.
