Staff were not friendly, quite formal and direct, waiting for the attention at reception, and staff seemed annoyed when asking by for information. The bed was uncomfortable too soft. Facilities were good, gym and pool, location is good close to the beech and shops.
Good: location, comfy bedding, quiet, tv, WiFi. Bad: no early access, dated, dirty molded shower bath tub and curtains, smoking smell.
Thank you 🙏 for making my vacation good
Travel with family
Great hotel, friendly staff and a great location. Not too far from all the nightlife but easily walkable if you want to be in the middle of it all. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed and the staff just cant do enough to help you out. Would stay here again anytime.
Water supply problems
Great location in central pataya
The staff was absolutely impolite which one least expects from someone in the hospitality industry. The breakfast served was of very low quality and the room service was very bad as well.
Very near to beach and wonderful staff and very safe cleaning staff are so good especially the elderly lady who gave me so much respect
Great hotel and great friendly staff
