StevenViaje en grupo · Oct 11I liked the Airport shuttle. The breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very good.
Room 202: The shower door was installed backward, had to be opened into the water and then had to walk through the water stream, work around the door in the shower to close it. the sad thing is, it's probably been this way for a thousand guest without being corrected.

Old facility
CorrinaViaje en pareja · Sep 16Staff and facility were great - as always. We had left our downtown hotel a day early just to come back to Amaranth Suvarnabhum. We were not happy downtown with the facility or the food. We knew if we came back to Amaranth Suvarnabhum we would get treated well, have a very clean facility with comfortable room and excellent food...we were not disappointed! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there is lots of options for dinner menu - I recommend the skewers with peanut sauce appetizer. The shuttle runs hourly and it is best to schedule during check-in to assure seat.
Only thing I believe would make this place a "little" more comfortable, a softer pillow topper on the mattress and better pillows. Again, this is just my opinion even though my bed was still comfortable.
